Thomas Leygue: A new title for the French Padel No. 1 🎾

Thomas Leygue and his teammate Bastien Blanqué continue to build their legacy in the world of padel. The duo secured their third consecutive French Championship title on Sunday, September 15, at the French Championships held in Strasbourg. Facing Dylan Guichard and Maxime Forcin, Leygue and Blanqué dominated the competition with a convincing 6/2 6/4 victory. Their performance throughout the tournament was exceptional, conceding no more than 7 games per match and remaining undefeated in sets.

This victory solidifies the duo’s dominance on the national stage, with Leygue (French No. 1) and Blanqué (No. 4) displaying remarkable chemistry and technical prowess. In both defense and attack, they set a relentless pace, leaving little chance for their opponents. This historic triple win strengthens their status and prepares them for upcoming major challenges, including the Greenweez Paris Major Premier Padel, set to take place at Roland-Garros from September 28 to October 6, 2024.
